You can submit your membership application online or by mail.
To submit your application, please complete the steps below.
To submit your application by mail:

2. Fill out application and, if you’re a County employee, interoffice your application along with check or money order for $10 to Oliver Camacho/SDCDA at mail stop C-275
If you’re not a County employee, please mail your application along with check or money order for $10 to:
